Postdoctoral Fellow

Xiang received his Ph.D. in Material and Chemical Engineering in 2023 from Tianjin University. During his postgraduate period, he has been undergoing joint training at the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. His doctoral research focuses on antitumor immunotherapy using immune modulating nanomaterials to reverse the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, and bioactive materials for in situ tissue regeneration applications. In Mao lab, his current research focuses on the development and optimization of novel lipid nanoparticles formulations and the study of lipid nanoparticles assembly mechanisms.
