Ph.D. Candidate in Materials Science and Engineering, Whiting School of Engineering

Kailei received her B.E. and M.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Sichuan University. She worked on modifications of bioprosthetic heart valves as an undergraduate and master. In Mao Lab, her thesis research focuses on nanofiber hydrogel composite for soft tissue regeneration. In her free time, she loves weightlifting, badminton and cooking.
