Gene Weng


B.A. Candidate in Biophysics, Class of 2026

Gene is an undergraduate student majoring in Biophysics. He is interested in developing biomaterials for immunotherapy applications. He is currently working with Leo Cheng and Enoch Toh to optimize the performance of lipid nanoparticles for gene delivery to immune cells using machine learning approaches. Outside of the lab, Gene enjoys playing golf and ultimate frisbee.
