M.S. Candidate in Biomedical Engineering

Di received his B.S. in Human Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and is currently a master’s student majoring in biomedical engineering. He had research experience in 3D bioprinting, biomaterials, and regenerative scaffolds. In the Mao Lab, Di works on mRNA synthesis and improving lipid nanoparticles’ transfection efficiency for gene delivery therapy. Outside the lab, Di enjoys weightlifting and playing basketball.
