Ph.D. Candidate in Biomedical Engineering, School of Medicine

Autumn is a PhD student in Department of Biomedical Engineering and an NSF Graduate Research Fellow. She received her B.S. in Bioengineering with a minor in Creative Writing from Stanford University in 2020. Prior to beginning her PhD training, she completed a two-year, NSF-supported research program at Columbia University where she focused on organoid-based therapeutic systems. Here at Hopkins, Autumn focuses on cellular reprogramming, differentiation, and tissue engineering under the mentorship of Dr. Hai-Quan Mao and Dr. Sashank Reddy. Born and raised in New York City, Autumn is a lover of coffee, pizza, and bagels.
